The Zero Proof Water Story
Zero Proof Water is rooted right here in Genesee, Wisconsin, on Keystone Farms, a property built in the late 1800s. For decades, it was home to Genesee Valley Water Bottling, which quietly kept the Midwest hydrated — gallon by gallon — supplying artesian water to dairies like Prairie Farms.
In 2022, we took over with a vision to grow and expand. Our water comes from artesian wells over 700 feet deep, drawing from ancient glacial aquifers that have naturally filtered for thousands of years. As it rises through layers of stone, it carries a clean balance of minerals, electrolytes, and pH — crisp, pure, and unmistakably Wisconsin.
In 2025, we expanded our reach — introducing 16-ounce cans of our artesian water in both still and sparkling varieties, with flavors coming soon.
